I am 32 weeks pregnant. in my growth scan following things are highlighted in bold. please explain this meaning. 1. Presentation : Vertex 2. Fetal Spine : Towards left lateral to maternal flank 3. Aminotic fluid : Increased. Aminotic index:18.0 4. Aminotic index: 18.0-Increased-upper end of the normal limit

Your growth scan seems normal. The amniotic fluid index can be up to 24. Vertex presentation means that the baby's head is lying at the bottom of your uterus. It's normal.
